Two battery drive rotary injectors have been put into use in a famous billet casting house in Shandong Province. These billets are used for IPhone case production. The quality is key for this product. One car is used for 25t round type melting furnace and another is used for 40t rectangular type melting furnace. The refining agent cost can be controlled accurately. The process data can be recorded by PLC system. The billet quality can be traceable. The refining agent and manpower cost can be greatly reduced.
